The new steel grade is a high-quality hot work die steel that Steel-making Plant Remelting Steel Business Department has developed in response to customer needs. It has excellent resistance to thermal fatigue cracking, thermal shock cracking, thermal wear and plastic deformation. These unique properties make it the best choice for die casting, hot forging and hot extrusion steel.
In order to successfully complete the production, the technical personnel of the project tackling group assisted the production workshop and operation team. They held several special meetings to fully deliberate, discuss and scientifically formulate production organization and control plans. The entire production organization process was closely tracked and controllable at any time, thus successfully completing the production task.
