Xingtai Iron and Steel Passes BSI Recertification: Integrated Management System Maintains Effective Operation for 18 Consecutive Years

Recently, Xingtai Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingtai Steel") successfully passed the recertification audit of its Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Environmental Management System conducted by the British Standards Institution (BSI), and obtained the new version of the certification certificates. Since first obtaining the system certification in 2007, the company has maintained the continuous and effective operation of the systems for 18 consecutive years, demonstrating its long-term and stable compliance capability and management resilience in safety and environmental management.
As early as 2007, Xingtai Steel integrated and established a comprehensive Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Integrated Management System, systematically advancing the standardization and regularization of management. The enterprise has long implemented the safety philosophy of "people-oriented, life-care" and the environmental protection policy of "compliance with laws, continuous improvement", integrating relevant requirements into the entire process of production and operation.
Through sustained investment and full participation of all employees, Xingtai Steel has made a series of achievements in risk prevention and control, energy conservation and emission reduction. The company has successively been rated as an Enterprise Meeting the Normative Conditions of the Iron and Steel Industry in Hebei Province, a Pilot Enterprise for Resource Conservation and Environmental Friendliness, and selected into the national list of "Green Factories". It also passed the ultra-low emission acceptance check in 2018. In 2024, the company was awarded the title of "Advanced Work Safety Unit in Hebei Province".
